I blame my brother.
Ever since we were kids, we were fascinated with things that flew. Airplanes, rockets, missles, spaceships–both real and imagined–captured our interest.
(BTW, helicopters? Meh…that’s my brother’s province.)
As the boys became teens, a compulsion to fly started building inside, which led to us both taking lessons and getting our PPL’s about two weeks apart.
And then I discovered Flight Simming!
No longer was I limited to what, or where, I could fly. As long as I had the time, I could fly-no matter the time of day or whether it was raining or snowing, I Could Fly!
So now I share what I learn and experience-and hope it makes it easier to “pick the good stuff” and to spread your wings and FLY!
So, grab your checklists, your headsets and favorite cuppa…and I’ll see you in the skies.
